Korrekte E-Mailkonten Einstellung

Hallo wir haben gestern KIX 2017 auf einem Windows 2016 in unserem Unternehmen installiert und meine Aufgabe ist es nun das System zu konfigurieren.
Derzeit hänge ich an der E-Mailkonten Einstellung für eingehende Mails. Ich weiß nicht so genau was ich in die einzelnen Felder eintragen soll. Wir verwenden Office365.
Jedes mal wenn ich entweder nur den Namen der Shared Mailbox eingebe und das entsprechende Passwort inkl. Host erhalte ich beim manuellen Abrufen der Mails eine Fehlermeldung.

um hier weiterhelfen zu können, würde ich die Information benötigen was in der Email Konfiguration eingetragen wurde.

Typ: IMAPs oder IMAP TLS
Host: was wurde hier eingetragen?

also Typ habe ich sowohl IMAP als auch IMAPS und IMAPTLS versucht.
Der Host ist outlook.office365.com
Was wir bisher herausgefunden ist, dass auf unserer Firewall die Kommunikation auf Port 993 und 995 blockiert wurde. Hierfür sind inzwischen entsprechende Regeln erstellt worden.


Nun erscheinen jedoch weiterhin Fehlermeldungen:
Wenn ich als Typ IMAPTLS angebe und als Host outlook.office365.com kommt weiterhin: Can't connect to [/size]outlook.office365.com
Wenn ich als Typ IMAP TLS angebe und als Hos [/size]outlook.office365.com:993 kommt die Fehlermeldung: [/size]socket closed while reading data from server

Diese Fehler erscheinen sowohl wenn ich auf dem KIX-Server direkt versuche Mail manuell abzuholen als auch auf einem Client der ebenfalls im internen Netzwerk hängt.[/font][/size]

dazu hatte ich im Forum bereits folgendes gefunden:


Dazu war es notwendig folgende SysConfig Einstellung vorzunehmen. [/font]
Dem Schlüssel [/font]
Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task -> ###MailAccountFetch [/font]
einen Parameter mitgeben, weil unter Windows das Skript immer als Root ausgeführt wird. [/font]
Der Parameter lautet "--allow-root". [/font]

Ob das allerdings zum Erfolg führt, habe ich noch nicht testen können.[/size]
