Titel: Added services not showing in Ticket Template Configurator

Hi kixdesk team! I've added more services and made it available to my contacts, but when i want to create Ticket Template through the Ticket Template Configurator and when I want to add my new added sub-services to my ticket template it's showing it, could you please provide with some advices or suggest me something?

Hello Nilufar,

do you have defined a customer company and/or a tickettyp and customer user under Customer ↔ Services ↔ SLAs?
If you do that, please make sure, that the customer user and/or the tickettyp from the ticket template is the same, you have defined before.
