Autor Thema: Internal Server Error when Accessing AgentDashboard after Installing 5.0.23  (Gelesen 131 mal)

Hello,I installed KIX4OTRS 5.0.23 and KIXCore 5.0.20 on OTRS 5.0.29, which I believe is the last supported OTRS version.
 I get message "Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred" after logging in and redirected to AgentDashboard.
However other pages work fine. I am able to access the Admin page. Agents who do not have admin rights are also able to access the AgentDashboard when I uncheck DashboardBackend###0000-ProductNotify, but it still doesn't work if I disable it for my user account. It looks like the error comes from the news applet which is trying to display content from the Kixdesk.com site. I get the following errors from the Apache error logs: [:error] [pid 14333] [Sat Feb  9 07:52:06 2019] -e: mismatched tag 'head'\nI see the KIXdesk.com html and javascript in the apache error logs.

I installed KIXCore and KIX4OTRS through Cli with the apache user, cleared cache and rebuilt the config after installation.

I would greatly appreciate if somebody could give me the solution. I'm sure that it's not something very complex to resolve.

Hello Christophe Bellouard,

please change the URL of the SysConfigKey "DashboardBackend###0000-KIXNotify".
I think in your SysConfig are the URL "http://www.cape-it.de/files/downloads/KIX4OTRS/modules.xml".

Please change it to "https://packages.cape-it.de/pub/modules.xml".
After that you can reuse your Dashboard.
