I want to receive alert via my Notification Area (Balloon Message ) whenever the Status of my tickets changes? any-plugin ?

Hello aopoku,

you can define your own notifications in the admin area at "Ticket Notifications".
If you want to receive a notification when the state of a ticket changes you need to choose the event "TicketStateUpdate" as Trigger event.
Then you can define some ticket filters. For example if only several states should trigger the notification or just tickets in specific queues and so on.
