Migration von KIX4OTRS zu KIX2017

ich möchte unsere Installation von KIX4OTRS zu KIX2017 migrieren, bekomme jedoch folgende Fehler bei Ausführen des Migrations-Scripts:

Hallo Saydo,

um von KIX4OTRS auf KIX17 zu migrieren, musst Du zunächst von KIX4OTRS auf KIX16 upgraden und dann eine Migration durchführen. Dann kann im zweiten Schritt erst von KIX16 auf KIX 17 migriert werden.
Ein direktes Upgrade von KIX4OTRS auf KIX17 ist leider nicht möglich.

vielen Dank für die Information, hatte ich leider nirgends so gefunden. Dann werde ich es so mal angehen.Kann man denn auch von OTRS 6 auf KIX migrieren??

Hallo Saydo,

nein, von OTRS 6 kann nicht auf KIX migriert werden. Jedenfalls gibt es dafür kein Skript, welches die Migration vornimmt.
Man müsste also die Datenbankelemente manuell von OTRS nach KIX übertragen.
Migrationsskripte stehen nur für die Migration von OTRS 5 zur Verfügung, da dies die Datenbasis für KIX war.
