How can I integrate correctly so that when creating a task for a kix, a post request is sent to another site? Help me please. Thanks.

Hello olim1221221,

you can create a Web Service in KIX to connect KIX to other systems.
In your Web Service you can use the "KIX as requester" section to add an invoker to send requests.
Within the invoker-configuration you can define event triggers. This should be TicketCreate in your case.
