Documentation - Is a list of all parameters to be used in a template available ?

Does anybody know of a complete list of parameters, that are allowed to be used in a template, including some description of them ? There is a (very rough) description directly in the generation form of the template but it certainly does not give a comprehensive overview. I could not find anything in the OTRS  Admin manual.



Example: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY> vs <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL>. ??! Neither one is documented, nor the difference between them.
