In internal notes I want to use the state Field.
So I set
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###State
to "yes" and insert the states open,close, pending reminder, pending auto to the field
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###StateType
But there ist no State Field in Tickets Notes.
Any suggestions?

Hello qdba,
if you activate the SysConfig-Key "Ticket::Frontend::MenuModule###420-Note" you get access to the view "AgentTicketNote".
You can open this view if you open a ticket and choose the option Communication -> Note .
In this view, you should now see the state field.
