attachments download button returns "Internal server error "

When i open ticket in AgentTicketZoom and want to download attachments of the ticket it's returns in new wondow "Internal server error". In log file /var/log/httpd/error_log it's says:

[Thu Jul 27 09:07:33.416409 2017] [:error] [pid 5230] Can't call method "close"  on an undefined value at /opt/kix//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketAttachmentDownload.pm line 108.\n
Please help me.

Dear Nilufar,

can you please tell me what version of KIX you use? Do you have installed extra packages? If so please send me a screenshot from the Package Manager in the Admin section.
