Hallo Cape-IT,
ich erhalte seit KIX 17.18 folgenden Fehler beim Create oder Update von Tickets per API (KIXConnect):
[Error][Kernel::System::ObjectManager::_DieWithError][577] Kernel::Systen::Queue could not be loaded: Can't locate Kernel/Systen/Queue.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Kernel::Systen::Queue module) (@INC contains: /opt/kix/ITSMCICSVMappingAutoCreate /opt/kix/KIXConnect /opt/kix/KIXPro /opt/kix/Custom /opt/kix/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/kix/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.28.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.28.1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.28 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.28 /usr/share/perl/5.28 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /etc/apache2) at /opt/kix/Kernel/System/ObjectManager.pm line 234.
Das fehlende File ist aber vorhanden:
# find /opt/kix/ -name Queue.pm /opt/kix/Kernel/System/Queue.pm
Mit Kix 17.17 habe ich den Fehler nicht.
Woran kann das liegen?

da hat sich ein kleiner Typo im KIX eingeschlichen.
