Hi there!
I use kixdesk service management system for 6 months till now, and tickets which are closed successfully long ago still growing in age, why it's not stop counting the age of the ticket when the ticket already closed?

the age of an successfully closed ticket is still growing in age because the age refers to the date of creation not the date of closing.
