Hi CAPE,
the PDF File which is available at https://www.kixdesk.com/files/inhalte/downloads/Installation_Konfiguration/KIXPro_admin_manual.pdf (https://www.kixdesk.com/files/inhalte/downloads/Installation_Konfiguration/KIXPro_admin_manual.pdf) was generated without any pictures in it. That's why at some points, it is tricky to understand. Could you upload an updated version with pictures?

Hi,
the admin manual on our website is a provisional and therefore does not contain any pictures.
We have published the existing manual so that at least "something" is there until the official admin manual appears.
The official admin manual is still in progress and will be released with the next feature release of KIX.
