Hey there,
how can I add a section to the ticket, for example:I send an email to the system and the system create a new ticket, so I want to divide this ticket as INFO tickethow can I do that?
Hello,
you can add new DynamicFields or create a new TicketType wih the Name Info.
If you dont ĺike to do this please explain your aim with more Details.
