I am using ticket templates, in the end user view the order of the Ticket templates changes if i revisit/refresh the page. Is there some way to force the order of the Ticket Templates to be the same for the customer view?

Hi,
normally the order of the ticket templates depends on the name. These are sorted in ascending order.
Can you please send me a screenshot before and after the reload?

I was able to reproduce the error and I've passed it to our development department.
If I have received a feedback, I will sign up again.
The problem will be fixed with the next release (coming late May).
